3. Service access
Access to the service requires creating a user account through the registration process. Users undertake to provide accurate information and not to create multiple accounts abusively. By creating an account, users acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms of Service as well as our privacy policy.
4. Stored data
The user is solely responsible for the data stored on the service. They agree not to store illegal content or content contrary to public order. Archibou reserves the right to suspend any account in case of violation.
5. Data protection
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users' personal data is processed confidentially. Users have the right to access, rectify and delete their data. To learn more, read our privacy policy.
6. Intellectual property
Content stored by the user remains their property. The service’s software infrastructure is based on open-source solutions (Nextcloud, Linux) and cannot be exclusively appropriated.
7. Prices and billing
Offer prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable (VAT franchise). Subscription payments are processed through our secure payment partner Mollie. Invoices are available in the client area.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, consumers have fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. However, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content or a service fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, when performance began with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.

9. Duration, renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions run for an initial period of one month or one year depending on the offer chosen, and are renewed automatically for an identical period unless cancelled by the customer. The customer is informed of the renewal of their subscription before it takes place, in accordance with applicable regulations. Cancellation can be done at any time from the client area.
10. Limitation of liability
Archibou strives to ensure maximum service availability but cannot guarantee absolute continuity. Users are advised to keep backups of their important data.
11. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L.611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, consumers may freely use a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute with the publisher. Consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Modification of Terms
These Terms may be modified at any time. Users will be notified by email and will have 30 days to accept them or cancel their account.
13. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
